Mia is the founder and CEO of Growth Current, dedicated to transforming how teams connect, learn, and grow. With a past life in performing arts and a career build leading People functions in corporate environments, Mia combines creativity, strategy, and a flair for “organised fun” to design workshops that engage teams in meaningful, memorable ways.
Throughout her career, Mia has seen the limitations of traditional team experiences and the power of creative, interactive approaches to business challenges. She is passionate about helping organisations explore values, set goals, and solve problems in ways that inspire curiosity, collaboration, and real impact.
